Nu-mi era clar daca acelea erau chiar criteriile exacte sau trebuia sa stiu un secret handshake ca sa delochez si altceva. :D
Probabil te-a încurcat faptul că sunt 2 situații distincte: ridicarea personală și primirea coletului acasă (prin curier).

la mine foile on top, manualul si cartea cu extra scenarii au venit ondulate rau. si la voi ?
But what if they are creating the disaster within themselves?
Things are OK now but I never know when it's going to change.

Time for customer support then.
