Nu-mi era clar daca acelea erau chiar criteriile exacte sau trebuia sa stiu un secret handshake ca sa delochez si altceva.

Probabil te-a încurcat faptul că sunt 2 situații distincte: ridicarea personală și primirea coletului acasă (prin curier).
