Now that we have almost all of the Reaper Pledge Manager responses in we have been able to finalize our production and shipping schedules. At this time we expect to begin shipping Crown Jewels, Sophies (both kinds), T-shirts and hats starting at the end of October. These shipments are to both domestic and international backers.

Because of serious supplier delays concerning paint bottles we will be including the paint when we ship the Bones models to everyone (domestic and international) in March. We sincerely apologize for this delay and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these unexpected issues.

We are on track to begin shipping all Bones sets, paints sets and figure cases in March and at this time are not aware of any issue that will delay those shipments.

I've tasked myself with reviewing all of the comments that you nice folks are leaving in the pledge manager so I can help with problems you may have had using our tool. You may have heard from me already or will shortly... there's a lot of them to read!

Over 14,000 of you have put in your orders so were getting close to the end! There is now about 20,000 of you that are backing this project!

I find it amazing the number of people that are thanking us for this Kickstarter!

We greatly appreciate your thanks for sure, so I wanted to take the time to tell you thank you!

You folks made this Kickstarter what it is and your dollars did the talking! We love all of you for making this possible for us to do! I know I can't wait to start sending stuff out so everyone can have their near Christmas/Birthday experience when it starts arriving.

We know that there have been problems that have made some folks upset but we are truly doing our best to make this thing happen for everyone in the best way we can.

30 Bones - Dungeon Attack - Mr. Bones

To reassure everyone that is worried about this...

The tags have been changed and fixed in our Pledge Manager showing they are part of the Vampire Level so this update is more for the 15,000 of you that have already lock in your pledge.

Yes, Vampire Level includes the 30 new Bones and the Dungeon Attack sets. You will be getting those if you pledged the Vampire Level.

Mr. Bones was a special gift to anyone that pledged for at least one model cast in Bones plastic. He's one free per Bones backer, not per Vampire Level. If you pledged for more than one Vampire and did not add on Mr. Bones for $1.00 each, you will be receiving the one free one only. If you only got only paint, or a carry case, or Sophie model(s) and nothing else then sorry, no free Mr. Bones for you...

We hope this comforts some of you. If you pledged extra for the 30 new Bones or the Dungeon Attack thinking it was not included in your Vampire pledge, please let me know at matt@reapermini.com and we'll make some sort of arrangement for you.

To stay on track I wanted to push another update to everyone today.
To continue you from my last update:

Production in China is on track and hopefully we will post photos very soon.

We are preparing the first shipment and it is on track to begin next week and continue until completed.

The first shipment will include Sophie Models, caps, t-shirts, ReaperCon Sophie Model sets, Crown Jewels and both book downloads.

We have received paint bottles and dropper tips but are still waiting on caps. Paint production has continued and pumping will begin as soon as caps arrive.

We are working very hard here and everyone thanks you for your patience!

We’ve finish casting all of the 1000s of Sophie models and we have received the ball caps and T-shirts from our vendor so this week we will be starting the shipping of these items, including shippable Crown Jewel rewards. Things will be showing up at your doorstep soon!

We are on schedule still to start shipping everything else next March.

We’ve added the ability to add special characters to your address. If you need to make changes to your address like using cyrillic, please go back to the Post Kickstarter Reaper Pledge Manager and make sure your mailing address is correct. For your security and protection your original log-in tokens are expiring, so when you log-in again you will get a new log-in link sent to the email address you have on record with us.

The PDF downloads are now available at the Post Kickstarter Reaper pledge manager. If you log back into the RMP your success page will now have the download links for you.
